During my Christmas holiday, I made a reservation at a hotel weeks ahead of time. I called the hotel a week before my arrival to confirm, and they assured me that my reservation was secure. Two good things about the hotel are the stunning location and excellent on-site amenities. the hotel was perfectly situated in the city center, close to all the shops and restaurants. They offered great parking facilities, and the food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious.
The hotel management let me down on my arrival day. They failed to honor my reservation and told me that there were no available rooms.
